They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are well-equipped with various amenities, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide selection of both Western and Vietnamese dishes to satisfy every palate.

I stayed at this hotel during Christmas and unfortunately, there was no festive atmosphere in the hotel. the noise level was high both inside the hotel and outside, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

This hotel had all the amenities we needed and more, like a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to help us with any issues we faced during our stay. The location was perfect, being very close to Hoan Kiem lake and the vibrant street gatherings in the center of town. The breakfast offered a great selection of both Western and Vietnamese dishes, with the Pho being a standout.

The room was small but comfortable for one person, with clean cotton sheets and a good coffee maker. The staff was excellent, going above and beyond to help me when I lost my wallet in the downtown area. They were incredibly supportive and had great English skills, solving multiple problems for me while I was in town. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the lake, downtown area, and even the coffee shops out on the streets.

The hotel was located in a great area, close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. the room was clean and had everything we needed, including free bottled water. We enjoyed the breakfast spread, which included both Vietnamese and Western options.

The WiFi was spotty at times, making it difficult to connect to the internet. the walls were a bit thin, and we could hear noise from the street and other guests in the hallway.
